A small video made in collaboration with Sierra Exportadora detailing APROCAM activities and the cultivation, harvesting and post-harvest process of Creole cacao from the Amazon region. The Association of Cocoa and Coffee Producers of Amazonas (APROCAM) produces coffee and cocoa.
Exporting Peru Program, we were able to learn about the experiences of the Peruvian organization Aprocam, which brings together small cocoa and coffee producers from Bagua, Amazonas.
